At 621 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
near Eastchester Bay, moving northeast at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Execution Rocks, Captain Harbor, Eastchester Bay, and Mamaroneck
Harbor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.

Areas of fog have developed across the region. There is some
patchy dense fog where visibilities have been reduced to near a
half to quarter of a mile.

Motorists should be aware of rapidly changing visibilities and
proceed with extra caution. Use low beam headlights, reduce
speeds, and leave extra distance between yourself and the vehicle
in front of you.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
